Benefits of Physical Education
It is no secret that physical activity is necessary for a person's health and well-being. Because children are continuously developing physically and emotionally, they are especially affected by the benefits of physical activity. It is vital that schools provide high quality physical education programs to ensure the children stay active, so they benefit from participation in regular physical activity. Getting the recommended amount of exercise combats obesity, which subsequently reduces the risk for diabetes, heart disease, asthma, sleep disorders and other illnesses.
