Extracurricular

We offer a broad range of physical activities to promote the development of physical, mental and social wellbeing, including sports specific skills in a variety of activities to cater for all pupils. We aim to do more than meet the requirements of the NI Curriculum, we aim to develop an appreciation and enjoyment of sport and leisure activities which will lead to the formation of habits and interests that young people may pursue in later life, including outdoor and adventure activities.

We aim to highlight a positive attitude to healthy activities and exercise which will make a significant contribution to future well-being and lifestyle, and develop through sport, thinking skills, self and peer assessment, team work, leadership skills and self management which can impact on other aspects of life.
