GCSE Hospitality at Galgorm Resort

Our Year 11 GCSE Hospitality class took a trip to Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort for a takeover day. While there pupils learned about silver service training, hand massage therapy skills and even how to make mocktails! Pupils also took part in workshops for housekeeping skills, cupcake decorating and banqueting skills.
