Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

On 1 April 2020, we lost our wonderful science technician, Mrs Carol Bareham, to this devastating disease.

From the moment of her diagnosis Carol worked tirelessly to raise awareness of ovarian cancer and the early warning signs, so that other women could reach a diagnosis earlier and receive treatment sooner. We, at Larne High School, would like to carry on that legacy.

We are not asking for donations, although we will include a link to donate to Target Ovarian Cancer if you would like to do so. Instead we would like to remind you of the symptoms.
