Hospitality & Contemporary Cuisine Year 11 & 12 trip to Ballygally Castle

An excellent, active and informative day where the pupils got to make their own ice cream, don VR headsets and visit some of Northern Irelands most famous tourist locations and also participated in a mocktail making session. The pupils were commended on their smart appearance and manners throughout the day. Well done to them all!
