Satchel One Uploading Work

We are receiving a lot of reports from pupils that they are having issues uploading work onto Satchel One. 

Please remember that work can only be uploaded through a student's account. This option is not available through parent accounts. Also comments to teachers can only be made through a student's account. We have noted a number of pupils have mistakenly logged onto parent accounts.
