Satchel One - Parent or Student Account

We continue to have problems with Satchel One where a pupil is mistakenly signed into a parent account, rather than a student account.

Parent accounts cannot upload work, or send comments to teachers, so it is vital that students are using the correct account.

To help students and pupils work out if they are in the wrong account Team Satchel have sent us the follow definitions.

Parents will see the 'Select student' screen when they first log in, asking them which of their students they would like to view information for. On the left hand side, there will be a 'Select student' button. Students will not be able to see this screen when logged onto their own accounts!

App

Parents will see a Student Dashboard when they first log into the Satchel One app, whereas students will be brought straight to their to-do list.
