The Larne High Jubilee Bake Off

The Larne High Jubilee Bake Off competition was eagerly anticipated and the participants were all excited with the task in hand! Day one was for weighing, measuring and creating their cakes. Just look at the equal amount of concentration and joy on their faces.

Day 2 was for style! A big thank you to Patricia from The Beeches Bakehouse for the piping skills masterclass at the start of day 2. This provided some inspiration to the teams as they set about making their creations!

Each group were brilliant in their own way, however the overall winners were Sophie & Kara. Well done to all the girls!
